The exact amount of time it will take to receive your built to order product will depend on the specific product ordered, as well as the complexity of the build. Generally, you can expect your order to be delivered and installed within a few weeks.

All our products are built with the highest-grade materials. We use only premium lumber to ensure that your building is sturdy and durable enough to handle any Louisiana weather.

Building codes can vary based on your local jurisdiction. In some cases, you may be required to obtain a permit prior to installation of your building. We recommend that you check with your local building department.

In most cases, it is not necessary to pay property taxes on your new building. However, taxes may be applicable in some areas. Check with your local government to clarify.

Our portable metal buildings are built to stand the test of time. However, regular maintenance will help extend your building’s lifespan and keep it in great condition.

All Metal structures are built on the site and therefore are not restricted by gate access.  Additional costs may be necessary if you are building over a structure or on elevated grades.

Danco Brand Portable Wood Buildings also offer a site build option.  An Additional fee is required, usually, a $500 fee paid to the builder for his expenses.

Metal Buildings have a free builder program and an approximate size calculator to customize your building in the convenience of your own home or office.

Once you complete building an Agent will contact you and most of the time, we have better pricing options from one of our affiliate partners.

Buildings will have Stamped Engineered Drawings for 140 to 170 MPH, at no additional charge for standard drawings.  Site-specific drawings are available if needed for an additional cost.
